1. Registration Fee
The registration fee for the Live Social Media Mastery Class is non-refundable once the class access details have been shared with the participant, except as described below.
2. Cancellation by Us
If the class is cancelled or rescheduled by us and the participant is unable to attend the rescheduled session, a full refund will be issued to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
3. Cancellation by Participant
Since this is a low-cost, seat-limited educational session, refunds for participant-initiated cancellations are generally not provided. If you have a genuine concern, please reach out to us and we will review it on a case-by-case basis.
4. Technical Issues
In case a participant is unable to join the live session due to a technical issue from our end (e.g. platform/link not working), we will offer either a recorded session (if available) or a refund at our discretion.
5. How to Request a Refund
To request a refund under the eligible conditions above, email us at growing.geniusminds@yahoo.com with your registration details and payment reference within 48 hours of the issue.
6. Processing Time
Approved refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days to the original mode of payment.
